Special thanks to the Alabama Public Library Service and the City of Alabaster for providing the funds for the 2011 LSTA Collection Development grant used to expand and improve our audiovisual materials selection!

Not only have most of our audio books had their format migrated to CD from magnetic tape, but our non-fiction DVD selection was expanded. $9,500 of materials in DVD and CD formats were added. Keep in mind that materials we were unable to match in these formats have been retained as tapes so don't go throwing out that rewinder quite yet!
