Pavilion Rental Procedure:
In order to rent a pavilion, you will need to come to the Parks and Recreation office to fill out the rental form, and pay the fees.  There is a $40 rental fee which can be paid with cash, debit, VISA, or MasterCard.  There is an additional $40 deposit which can be paid with cash or a check.  The deposit will be refunded to you as long as you clean up the pavilion after your event, and follow all of the Pavilion and Park Rules.  You might want to call our office before you come in to check the availability of the pavilions; however, we cannot put you on the calendar until you come in and pay the fees.

Please Note:  No Alcoholic Beverages Allowed in any of the Alabaster City Parks!
