Please note: There is a 4.5% service fee assessed by a third-party company for all debit/credit card transactions. If using debit/credit option, please also note that there is a $25 minimum when paying.

Payments received by mail or drop box should be in the form of money order or cashier's check only. Any other form of payment cannot be accepted. 

Request Records

Record requests are received and processed in our office during our normal hours of operation. The Alabama Director of Courts (ADC) establishes the rate for copies. The current rate is $5 for 1-20 pages, and $0.50 for each additional page. The rate for certification of copies is $5 extra, per page certified.
