Pursuant to the March 13, 2020 Supreme Court of Alabama Administrative Order Suspending All In-Person Court Proceedings and the April 02, 2020 Supreme Court of Alabama Administrative Order No. 5 Extending Orders And Deadlines Concerning The Suspension of In-Person Proceedings Until April 30, 2020 and in consideration of the President of the United States’ declaration of the COVID-19 pandemic and because the President of the United States and the Governor of Alabama has declared a state of emergency, all Alabaster Municipal Court dockets between March 16, 2020 and April 30, 2020 are hereby continued as specified.
