Sealed bids for turn-key Alabaster Amphitheater ReBid in Alabaster, Shelby County, will be received by the City of Alabaster in the Conference Room located in the Alabaster Municipal Building, 1953 Municipal Way in Alabaster, Alabama until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 21, 2023, at which time Bids will be opened and publicly read.

Optional Pre-Bid meeting and site tour: Access to the site is limited. The bidder is encouraged to have in attendance its project coordinator/estimator at the optional pre-bid and site tour on October 31, 2023 at 10:00AM local time in the Conference Room, located at the Alabaster Municipal Building, 1953 Municipal Way, Alabaster, Alabama. A tour of the project area will be conducted after the meeting.
