District 31

Coming soon to Alabaster, District 31 is a large mixed use development. The shopping center will include spaces for retail, restaurants, and office areas spread out over 600,000 square feet. Situated at the intersection of I-65 and Highway 31 off of exit 238, the development is sure to be a convenient location for residents and visitors alike.

The Promenade

The majority of retail space in the city is housed directly off of exit 238 in the Propst Promenade and Colonial South Promenade. This shopping center houses major retailers like Target, TJ Maxx, Belk, and Walmart, as well as many others. The Promenade is the perfect place to spend the afternoon exploring the stores and grabbing a bite for lunch at one of the many restaurants within walking distance.
