Types of warrants covered:
- Alias warrants are warrants issued to anyone who received a traffic citation(s) or was arrested on a charge and the person never appeared in court, and the case was never resolved. Most of these cases can be pleaded to and paid for in the court office.
- Capias warrants are warrants issued to individuals who appeared in court, the case(s) were adjudicated, and they signed an agreement to pay fines and court costs in scheduled payments until paid in full or appear back in court. The individual then failed to pay their fine and cost as ordered and failed to appear back in court as agreed.
