Industrial Development Board
The Industrial Development Board of Alabaster exists to have an intentional focus on the recruitment of retail, light industrial, and heavy industrial businesses to our area. The policy of the Industrial Development Board is to provide a business climate that is friendly and profitable to the entire business community.
Downtown Redevelopment Authority
The Downtown Redevelopment Authority exists to support existing businesses in Alabaster. It is responsible for the Facade Grant Program, which seeks to provide funding for for the improvement of existing business structures within a three mile radius of the future Recreation Center.
